Boards and entrance exams, together
Classes 11 and 12 are where board exams and entrance exams meet. At The Banyan Tree Learning Center, students preparing for JEE, NEET or MHT-CET study Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for both their boards and their entrance exam, in collaboration with Nucleus Learning Hub, at the TBTLC centre in Kharghar.
Which exam is which?
- JEE: for engineering. JEE Main is closely aligned with the NCERT syllabus.
- NEET: for medicine and related courses, also closely aligned with NCERT.
- MHT-CET: Maharashtra’s entrance exam for engineering, pharmacy and agriculture courses. Questions are based on the Maharashtra State Board syllabus for Classes 11 and 12.

Stay in your school, prepare with us
Students attend their own school or junior college and come to us for coaching, with batch timings planned around school. They keep a full school life while preparing for entrance exams, and stay within board attendance rules. Our article on integrated vs non-integrated coaching explains the difference.
Starting early
Strong Class 9 and 10 foundations make Class 11 much easier. Our Maths and Science tuition and Foundation Plus programme prepare younger students for the step up.
